Step 1: Create an account on BidSmart.co. No cost to create an account.

Step 2: Review and sign contracts.

Step 3: Login to the site to find the properties that you are interested in.

Step 4: Using BidSmart.co system you can let us know what properties you would like to bid on and how much.

Step 5: Our agents / bidders will go to the auction and acquire the properties that you are interested in. We will be in touch with you over the phone while at the auction.

Step 6: If the property is acquired successfully, then all paper work will be provided to you and details regarding wiring/delivering funds will be provided.

What property is best for me?
You will be able to log into the site and be able to see the properties that are coming up for sale. Based on your selection criteria, you can let us know what properties you are interested in bidding on and you will be able to tell us how much you are willing to pay for the property.
Title search
BidSmart works several reputable title companies to collect title information and that information is shared with our Bidding Service clients
Questions during auction
Our staff will be in touch with you during the auction. We recommend that you be available by phone or text. The auctions are very fast paced and often we will have to work with the parameters that you provide to us.
